Infrastructure Solutions Pre-Sales Technical Training
This course provides the necessary skills to get the most value from Polycom infrastructure solutions.
Students will expand their knowledge of telepresence technology to impart credibility with the customer,
enabling the sales of Polycom products. Students will be empowered with the knowledge to architect,
present and demonstrate videoconferencing solutions that include Polycom hardware and software
products. The overall goal is to provide the Channel Pre-sales Engineer with Hardware and Software
configurations.
